Guarantee: Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we understand how frustrating it can be when seeds don’t germinate as expected. That’s why we offer our Germination Guarantee, ensuring customers are compensated if their seeds fail to germinate. This guarantee covers all seeds purchased from us within 120 days from delivery and can be claimed once per order. Please note that it applies exclusively to customers who follow the paper towel germination method detailed in our guide.

Terms: Each order is eligible for a single claim within 120 days of delivery. Guarantee only applies if the paper towel method was followed. *(Before continuing with a germination claim, we confirm with customers that all seeds from their order have been germinated. We make sure they understand if they decide to not germinate the rest of their seeds and follow through with the claim, they will not be eligible for a second claim. We also include 2 free seeds(a strain they are already receiving) per germination resend.
