Returns Policy

At Titan Seeds, we strive for your satisfaction. We proudly offer a 100% refund on all orders before they’re shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot provide refunds, except in cases where the received products are damaged or faulty.

In the unfortunate event of damaged or faulty items, Titan Seeds may, at our sole discretion, consider a replacement order. We kindly request customers to share sufficient photographic evidence for us to assess and confirm any issues.

Titan Seeds captures a photograph of every order pre-shipment. If you receive incorrect products or damaged seeds, we may, at our discretion, replace the items upon confirmation of our mistake. Titan Seeds will re-ship replacement products free of charge in such cases.

Please note that under no circumstances should you send packages back to us. Sending packages back will result in refusal, and they will be returned to the sender. Titan Seeds appreciates your understanding and cooperation.
