Refund Policy

SEEDS:

At Titan Seeds, we do not accept returns for any reason. However, you can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before shipping. If you receive the wrong product, please email us with a photo of the items in your shipment. Upon confirming the pre-shipping photo error, we’ll send you the correct product free of charge. Do not send any products back to us, as the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
If your seeds arrive damaged we will resend your seeds free of charge once we confirm that Titan Seeds is at fault via the pre-shipping photograph.

MERCHANDISE:

Claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks of receiving the product. For lost transit packages, claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We cover expenses for claims deemed our error.
In case of a wrong address, you’re responsible for reshipment costs after confirming an updated address. Unclaimed shipments will incur reshipment costs to you or your end customer.

EU Customers:

As per EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery due to health or hygiene reasons. Titan Seeds reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
